Personally I love light therapy and also what it does for my clients. That being said, I wouldn't expect overnight miracles. But here's a general list of what it does. Studies have shown these colors may assist with:

Red - Anti-aging, fine lines, wrinkles, collagen and elastin production.

Green - Anti-inflammation, hyper-pigmentation, dark spots, and oily skin.

Blue - Anti-acne and psoriasis.

Purple - Combination of red and blue light.

Yellow - Balancing of skin texture, redness, and rosacea.

Cyan - Reduces swollen capillaries and inflammation.

White - Anti-inflammation, boosts skin metabolism and tightening/firming.

So there's a lot of potential benefits there for everyone. With this particular mask you can cover a wide range of needs. However, you're probably not going to need all of the colors. My suggestion is to stick with what you need primarily and compliment when need be with the other colors. This is what I do for my clients to make them feel and know that they are getting a customized treatment.

So this is what it felt like to be the most powerful woman of all time. It's been a power trip bossing my fiance around while wearing the mask. Their customer service rep Tiff is godsend for all the questions I had. But besides that, so far the mask has been treating me well. I mainly got it for acne so I've been using the blue light setting daily on max intensity. I haven't had a new breakouts like I usually do so it's definitely a positive sign that it's preventing that from happening.

My skin is firming up nicely with the red light therapy setting. I max it out too.

First off, I have oily skin. I was tired of getting blotting powder and wipes. It felt wasteful and always left residue on my face. Feels good to finally ditch the powder and wipes. My go to setting for oily skin is green and then I follow up with red for everything else.
